Very Sneaky - I am not sure it is legal and I know it is not legally binding to enter into a contract with a 10year old. Stop your illegal process immediately. FYI: Do not publish your phone number on this site for everyone to see, you may end up getting more junk. To get rid of this service call your cell phone provider and they will tell you how to remove it. For example with AT&T if you test the word STOP to the short code 69097 it removes this service.

Barbara: I just got off the phone with Verizon. My 17yo daughter had this, along with 2 other premium text messaging services. I got a major clue from Verizon - this is happening via Facebook. If you have your cell phone number in your Facebook account, you need to remove it immediately. Also, you need to check your children's accounts and make sure they do not have their numbers listed.
